Refund /Return Policy:


All items are non-refundable, unless it was our error. We do provide exchanges on sizes, but the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. If the product is no longer available, we only can provide a store credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
*We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse*


Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time:
All products will be made to order. Expect no more than 10 business days before shipping. Shipping time reflects when the product is shipped, not when the order is made. Please allow in some cases 7-10 business days before your order is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 12:00 P.M PST through Sunday or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we wiall contact you via email or phone. Thank you for your appreciation and patience!


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping.


Taxes:
We are not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees are imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you notice any tarnishes and or discolorations on the actual products, please send us an email to resolve the issue.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:
If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please email us as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address and Refused Delivery:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer and we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, your order will be refunded. We will not provide a refund if we cannot recover the package. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
